I love this series of 7-minute videos from PBS. In this episode, the "Two Cents" team talks about renting vs. buying a home. If your family is like mine, you heard a lot about how your parents bought a house and how smart a decision that was... makes me feel almost guilty for renting! But it turns out that renting isn't necessarily a bad thing, and depending on the housing market and your circumstances, it can even be the "smart" thing to do for your finances.
